Sagaik
The Mentawai Islands are one of the districts located in the province of West Sumatra. Sago plants have important value for the local community, one of which is food security. My work entitled Sagaik visualizes one of the series of processes for making sago flour so that it can be processed into a typical Mentawai staple food.
